This allows you to ask questions and determine if All Heart Home Care is the right fit for your family. During your initial consultation, we’ll also lay out all costs upfront. Our transparent billing practices ensure you have a clear understanding of the services and pricing, allowing you to stay informed and in control from the start.

For your peace of mind, we’ll also go over the safeguards we have in place to protect your family. All of our caregivers are W-2 employees—never independent contractors—so we handle all payroll taxes, workers’ compensation, and liability coverage. Every caregiver undergoes comprehensive background checks and receives ongoing training to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. Our agency is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We will gladly provide proof of our active licenses and policies during your consultation. If any unexpected issues ever arise, our insurance coverage is there to protect you.

Step 2: Complete Paperwork & Secure Your Start Date

Once you’re ready, we’ll collect a refundable one-week deposit and guide you through signing our service agreement and completing a personalized care plan—either via DocuSign or in person. We outline our terms of service in the agreement and tailor the care plan to meet your unique needs or those of your loved one—no long-term contracts, just a smooth and supported start.

We also offer flexible payment options to suit your preferences, including ACH bank transfer, check, or credit card (with a small processing fee). For added convenience, you can set up weekly autopay. If you have long-term care insurance or VA Aid & Attendance benefits, we’ll assist with all necessary paperwork and billing to help ease the process.

Step 3: Get Matched with the Right Caregiver

We carefully match you with a caregiver based on your schedule, care needs, and personality preferences — because finding the proper connection goes beyond just qualifications.

You’ll have the option to meet the caregiver before care begins, so you can ask questions and feel confident moving forward.

And if it’s not the right fit, no worries. We’ll re-match you quickly. Your peace of mind and comfort always come first.

Step 4: Care Begins

Once everything’s in place, care begins—professionally and compassionately, right in your home. Your loved one will receive personalized, non-medical support tailored to their care plan. This may include personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support; light housekeeping to maintain a safe, tidy environment; transportation for appointments or errands; and meaningful companionship that brings comfort and connection.

Life changes—and so do care needs. Whether you’re adjusting hours, recovering from surgery, or planning time away, we’re here to adapt. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any schedule changes and 72 hours’ notice if you need to cancel services altogether. There are no hidden fees or long-term contracts—you’re always in control.
