Step 1: Schedule your free consultation.
Our journey together begins with a complimentary consultation to discuss your loved one’s care needs, daily routine, preferences, schedule, and budget. This is your time to ask questions and ensure All Heart Home Care is the right fit for your family. During this call, we’ll also provide full transparency on pricing and services, so you know exactly what to expect.
For your peace of mind, we’ll review the safeguards that protect your family. All caregivers are W-2 employees — never independent contractors — meaning we handle all payroll taxes, workers’ compensation, and liability coverage. Each caregiver undergoes thorough background checks and receives continuous training to maintain our high standards of care. Our agency is fully licensed, bonded, and insured, and we’re happy to provide proof of coverage during your consultation. If anything unexpected arises, our insurance protects you.

Step 2: Complete paperwork and secure your start date.
When you’re ready to begin, we’ll collect a refundable one-week deposit and guide you through signing the service agreement and completing your personalized care plan — either digitally via DocuSign or in person. Our agreements are straightforward and flexible, with no long-term commitments.
We offer multiple payment options, including ACH bank transfer, check, or credit card (with a small processing fee). You can also set up weekly autopay for added convenience. If you have long-term care insurance or VA Aid & Attendance benefits, we’ll assist with all the required documentation and billing to make the process easier.
Step 3: Get matched with the right caregiver.
We carefully pair you with a caregiver who fits your loved one’s care needs, personality, and schedule — because connection matters as much as qualifications. Before care begins, you’ll have the opportunity to meet your caregiver and ask questions. If the match doesn’t feel right, no problem. We’ll re-match quickly and thoughtfully. Your comfort and confidence always come first.
Step 4: Care begins.
Once everything is set, care begins — professionally, compassionately, and on your schedule. Your loved one will receive personalized, non-medical support tailored to their care plan. This may include personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming; meal preparation, medication reminders, and mobility support; light housekeeping; transportation to appointments or errands; and meaningful companionship that brings connection and ease.
Care plans are flexible. Life changes — and so do needs. Whether you’re adjusting hours, recovering from surgery, or planning time away, we’re here to adapt. We request 24 hours’ notice for schedule adjustments and 72 hours for service cancellations. There are no hidden fees or long-term contracts — you remain fully in control.
As care evolves, we’ll work with you to update the plan. For any changes, please contact our office directly rather than your caregiver to ensure seamless coordination. Our team is available 24/7 to provide support and guidance whenever you need it.
